China ShuangDa Valve (SDV) Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer of industrial steel valves. Located in Sanqiao Industrial Zone of Oubei which is called “Town of Valves and Pumps of China”, SDV takes his advantage to manufacture and supply the first class valves to the world. SDV’s main products cover ball valve, gate valve, globe valve, check valve, butterfly valves and plug valves, which are designed according to API, BS, DIN, JIS standards etc. Sizes available from NPS 1/2 to 60 (DN15-DN2600)and pressure rating from Class 150 to 3500LB (0.6 to 42MPa), and temperature ranges from -196℃ to 800℃. Materials selection includes Carbon Steel in WCB/A105, WC1, WC6, WC9, C5, F11, F22, LCC, LCB, LF2, LF3; Stainless Steel in CF8/304, CF8M/316, CF3/304L, CF3M/316L, F51/4A and other special materials. Valves can be manual operated with lever, hand wheel, gear and automatic operated with pneumatic, hydraulic, electric actuator, etc.

In addition to a CAD design center and a complete quality control center, SDV is equipped with over 200 sets of exquisite mechanical processing and welding machines including CNC Lathe, vertical lathe, horizontal lathe, physical/chemical analysis equipment and test machines.
